Developing the CTV app was an exciting challenge to consolidate Canada's top network and channels into a user-friendly digital platform. My aim was to simplify access to a mix of live and on-demand content, enriching the user experience with seamless navigation and personalized features. Through collaboration and user-centric design thinking, we launched an app that stands at the forefront of entertainment, continuously evolving to keep offering the best on-the-go entertainment experience.
Rift Insurance Mobile App

I spearheaded the design phase of this innovative project, with the goal of simplifying short-term insurance. To overcome the typical hurdles users face when adjusting their insurance coverage, we rolled out several user-centric innovations: an intuitive item search feature, fast bar code scanning, and Rosie—a chatbot designed for seamless conversational assistance. These features cater to the growing demand for efficient, chat-based interactions, establishing Rift as a frontrunner in making insurance management more accessible and user-friendly. By redefining industry standards, we’re enhancing the overall user experience, setting a new benchmark for what's possible in insurance tech.
